Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number and the description of your enquiry. We do not collect payment details through this website.

If you go on to become a client, we will separately collect the information needed to carry out an investigation, including government-issued identification for verification purposes and the transaction details relevant to your case. We never ask for, and you should never disclose, your seed phrase or private keys.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether we can assist, and to carry out the services you engage us for. Case material may be included in reports prepared for you and, where appropriate, for law enforcement.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our hosting provider. Where an investigation produces findings intended for law enforcement or for legal proceedings, those findings are shared with the agencies or advisers you direct us to.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become cases are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Case records are retained for as long as the matter is active and afterwards for the period required by our legal and professional obligations.
